JC Counseling LLC is a small, growing private practice based in Grand Rapids, MI. We provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy to help clients heal, grow, and thrive. Our services are rooted in high clinical standards, cultural humility, and deep respect for each client's story.

As our practice grows, we are seeking licensed therapists in Michigan to join our team as Independent Contractors in a fully remote position with the possibility of hybrid work.

Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, ethical, and client-centered therapists who value autonomy, flexibility, and collaborative support. This is an opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about trauma-informed care and working with diverse populations. Contractors will provide psychotherapy services to individuals (and/or couples/families, if desired) while maintaining high standards of documentation and professionalism.

  • 1099 Independent Contractor

Requirements

  • Clinicians licensed to practice in the state of Michigan
  • Experience in evidence based trauma therapeutic modalities
  • Comfortable working with diverse populations
  • Professional Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual - ideally in Spanish & English
  • Experience in private practice
